This Privacy Policy explains how Onramp Payments, Inc. ("ONRAMP," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when merchants, partners, drivers, and authorized contacts use ONRAMP services, including our merchant portal, support channels, and messaging.

How we use information

Mobile information and SMS

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected only when you choose to provide them, are used only to deliver the account and support messages you requested, and are never required to use ONRAMP services.

If you opt in to ONRAMP SMS, we store your phone number, the source and timestamp of your opt-in, the consent language and version you agreed to, and your selected message categories. We share this information with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely as a service provider to deliver your messages, and not for their own marketing. SMS consent is optional and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP to any ONRAMP message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example, our cloud, payments, and messaging providers), or where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and security obligations, and resolve disputes. Consent and opt-out records are retained to honor your preferences and demonstrate compliance.
