SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the ONRAMP Account & Support Messaging program. This is a non-marketing program: it sends two-way support replies and operational account messages to merchants, partners, and authorized contacts who have asked ONRAMP to follow up by text or opted in to SMS. It does not send marketing or promotional messages, and it does not send login one-time passcodes.
What you can expect
Messages may include support-request replies, ticket and onboarding updates, action-needed reminders, account and security alerts, and operational notices such as site-live, settlement, discount, or integration updates.
How to opt in
- Text or call the ONRAMP support number and ask us to follow up by SMS about your request.
- Sign in to the ONRAMP Merchant Portal, add and verify your mobile number, and select the optional SMS categories you want.
- Give verbal consent during a support call with an ONRAMP representative, which we log in our records.
SMS is optional and is never required to use ONRAMP services. The portal opt-in is unchecked by default.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and tracks your account activity and support requests. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)
Reply STOP to any ONRAMP message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or email support@onrampmerchants.com.

Privacy
Your information is handled per the ONRAMP Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
